Overview:
At Quinta we truly want to make our guests feel welcome and accommodated. We strive to help each couple, host and guest feel they have received exactly what they were wanting out of the experience, and not leave feeling they might have wanted more.
Because of this, we do not have a fixed venue hire price list. We find fixed packages limit guests in creativity, and also forces you to compromise on certain things. Quinta is very flexible in terms of set up, therefore you get to paint the picture you want.
Instead, we ask that all potential hosts come out for a viewing. This way, you get to see the space and what is available in person. Thereafter, we can create an accurate, custom quote tailored to your special event.
This quote may be an estimate, or more set in stone, depending on your circumstances.
All quotes will exclude a R3000 refundable breakage deposit.
Our venue hire fee usually range between R10 000 and R25 000 – depending on your needs and wants.

What is Included in Venue Hire:
Depending on the type of function, and what is discussed during the viewing, the following items are typically included in the venue hire fee:
*included items are relevant to the type of event – eg, cutlery may not be relevant to a sports event
- all seating – options of wooden benches, white tiffany chairs, black plastic chairs and vintage wooden church chairs
- all tables – options of long wooden tables and round tables
- all cutlery – knives, forks, dessert spoons, cake forks and teaspoons
- all crockery – dinner plates, side plates and dessert bowls
- all glasses – tall, short, tumbler, beer, wine and champagne
- bar service and bartenders
- 4-6 staff members to handle clearing tables, dishes, co-ordinate and to service bathrooms
- safe and secure parking
- 2 staff members before and after the function to assist set up and clean up
Additional Fees
At Quinta, we don’t believe in ‘hidden fees’. Every charge or fee you may be subject to will clearly be presented to you and discussed before-hand.
As much as we want to include all changes in the initial quote, some details are only fine-tuned closer to the date of function. If any of these details do carry an additional cost, you will be informed from the beginning.
Examples of additional costs:
- wine/champagne on tables
- predrinks
- use of ‘hire items’
- additional guest house nights
- any breakages which exceed the refundable breakage deposit amount
